When the nose gear collapsed during landing, this caused a prop strike. Long story short, the insurance company totaled the plane (because it would have to be taken to Texas to be fixed and due to the 300 HP engine and all, they felt it better to just total the plane). They sold it as salvage and these are the people from Wentworth Aviation that came and got the plane. They are one of the world's largest plane salvage businesses. They will either sell the plane to a "rebuilder" or part it out. It is the best and neatest plane that I have flown, handled like a lamb but was fast as the wind.
